Mailing Division

• Bell and Howell high-speed envelope inserters

  These envelope inserters are the standard of the mailing industry. They insert all types of enclosures into all types of envelopes accurately and at high speed.

• High-Speed Inkjet Addressing Systems

  These inkjet systems address mail pieces up to 400 d.p.i. print quality to create a professional looking address image. They also can print postal permit indicias, return addresses, teaser copy, and special messages on your mail piece. The systems can also address mail pieces in blue, red, or green ink colors in addition to black ink to create a address image or message that really stands out and gets noticed.

• Stamp Affixing, Postage Metering, and Wafer Seal Tab Affixing

  All of our addressing systems have in-line stamp affixing and tab affixing systems. These systems allow us to address mail pieces and affix stamps or tabs at the same time, which minimizes the time it takes to prepare these mailings and minimizes the cost to our clients for these services. It also makes our mail preparation super-efficient. All of our envelope inserting systems have built-in postage meter attachments, so envelopes can be stuffed, sealed, and metered in one pass to maximize efficiencies and minimize costs to our clients.

• Poly-Bagging

  Our high-speed, automated poly-bagging systems are used for magazines, catalogs, newsletters, and other large mail pieces. Inserting these types of mailers into a clear poly-bag protects the mail piece during postal processing and gets the mail piece noticed when it arrives in the mail box, leading to better response rates and a better ROI.

• Folding and Bindery

  Our bindery department has folding equipment to handle a variety of folding applications, including right-angel folding. In addition to folding, we can perforate and score mail pieces, whether it is offset printed stock or digitally printed stock. We can also burst and trim statements and forms that come to us on continuous forms.

• Label printing and affixing

  If your mailing uses a mail label affixed to your mail piece, we have all the necessary equipment to not only print your mailing label in just about any size, black or in color, but also affix it to your mail piece using high-speed, automated equipment.

Data Processing Division

• Postal presort and list maintenance software

  Our software is the industry standard for large direct mail companies. BCC Mail Manager 2010 software is CASS, DPV, and PAVE certified by the U.S.P.S. This software validates addresses, checks your list for duplicates, updates your mailing list using the U.S.P.S. approved National Change of Address list update service. Your mailing list is cleaned, scrubbed, updated, and formatted to ensure the deliverability of your mailings.

• Laser Printing and Personalization

  Our high-speed, black laser printers allow us to personalize your mail pieces and letters to increase response rates and maximize your mailing ROI.

Printing and Prepress Division

• Prepress Department

  One key to high quality printing is using computer-to-plate (CTP) prepress technology. Our prepress system is based on a Mac Pro Workstation with Dell Server, Epson 4490 flatbed scanner, Epson 4800 Contract proofing system, Magnus 400 plate setter, Kodak Prinergy Evo, PDF work flow. What does all that technical jargon mean to you? It means the final printed product will be super high-quality. It also means that our experienced prepress staff can make the changes, alterations, corrections, or tweaks to your artwork so your printed piece is printed just the way you want it to appear.

• Offset Full-Color Printing

  We utilize Heidelberg color printing press technology for the ultimate in offset, color print quality. Made in Germany, Heidelberg Printing Presses are synonymous with high-quality color offset printing.

• Offset 1 and 2 Color Printing

  Not everything that gets mailed is printed in full color, so we also offer 1 and 2 color printing for simple and basic mailers that don’t require full color.

• Envelope Printing

  We can also print your envelopes quickly and for low-cost, regardless of the size, style, or design of the envelope.

• Transportation and Trucking

  Many mailing companies have 1 or 2 delivery trucks and deliver to a limited number of post offices. Our fleet of 6 delivery trucks covers the entire Southern California area, from Santa Barbara to San Diego. We deliver mail to the Los Angeles Bulk Mail Acceptance center 5 days a week and also deliver to post offices throughout the region. By making deliveries to post offices throughout the region, we minimize postage costs for our clients and enter the mail closer to its destination. We can also pickup materials from anywhere in Southern California to serve our customers better.
